Young Hawks is a creativity-centered virtual art and mindfulness class for children ages 9–12. Sessions blend guided art-making with age-appropriate mindfulness and grounding practices to support focus, confidence, and self-expression.

Each session begins with a short, child-friendly breathing or grounding activity to help children settle their bodies, notice their breath, and transition into creative time. From there, children are guided step by step through a painting activity that encourages imagination, confidence, and personal expression.

The mindfulness elements are playful, accessible, and optional, designed to support regulation and presence without pressure. The emphasis throughout the session is on creativity, curiosity, and process rather than perfection.

No prior art experience is required.

This is not about performance or perfection it’s about process, presence, and creative confidence.
