Welcome to Empower Soul Path. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website, app, private sessions, guided programs, group circles, workshops, events, digital content, and other services.
By accessing our website or app, registering for an offering, making a purchase, or participating in a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of Services
Empower Soul Path is a coaching and wellness practice offering services that may include:
- Life coaching
- Private and specialized sessions
- Guided meditation
- Breathwork
- Guided reflection
- Energy-based and chakra practices
- Group circles
- Workshops and events
- Guided programs
- Digital resources
- Ongoing support through the Empower Soul Path app
Our services are intended to support personal growth, reflection, self-awareness, mindfulness, and general well-being. Individual experiences and results will vary, and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.
2. Not Therapy or Medical Treatment
Empower Soul Path does not provide psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, or other licensed healthcare services.
Our services are not a substitute for care from a qualified physician, therapist, mental health professional, or other licensed healthcare provider.
Do not disregard professional medical or mental health advice because of information provided through Empower Soul Path.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or contact an appropriate emergency service. In the United States, you may call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
3. Health and Safety
Some offerings may include breathwork, meditation, movement, emotional reflection, or energy-based practices.
You are responsible for deciding whether a practice is appropriate for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you are pregnant, have a medical or mental health condition, take medication, or have concerns about whether an activity is appropriate for you.
You may pause, modify, or stop participating at any time. If you experience pain, dizziness, significant distress, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms, stop immediately and seek appropriate care.
4. Eligibility and Minors
Adult offerings are intended for participants 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated.
Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian may also be required to complete registration, accept these terms, remain present, or participate, depending on the program.
Age requirements may vary for children’s, teen, parent-and-child, app-based, and family offerings. Any additional requirements will be provided with the applicable offering.
5. Voluntary Participation and Personal Responsibility
Participation is voluntary. You remain responsible for:
- Your choices and level of participation
- Communicating your needs and boundaries
- Selecting practices that feel appropriate for you
- Taking breaks or stepping away when needed
- Seeking licensed professional care when appropriate
You are never required to share personal information or participate in an activity that does not feel appropriate to you.
6. Group Agreements and Conduct
Participants in group circles, workshops, programs, events, and community spaces are expected to behave respectfully.
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm another person
- Disrupt an offering or interfere with another person’s participation
- Record, photograph, or share another participant without permission
- Share another participant’s personal information or story without consent
- Use a group space to promote unrelated products, services, or activities without approval
Empower Soul Path may remove or restrict a participant whose behavior affects the safety, privacy, or experience of others. Removal for harmful or disruptive conduct may occur without a refund.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
Empower Soul Path handles personal information with care and discretion, subject to applicable legal, ethical, and safety requirements.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others. However, Empower Soul Path cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality in group settings.
Do not share information in a group, online community, or app feature that you would not want another participant to know.
Information collected through our website, app, forms, and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Registration and Booking
Registration or advance booking may be required for private sessions, programs, workshops, group circles, and events.
Submitting a booking or contact form does not guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Empower Soul Path and complete any required payment or registration steps.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, scheduling, and payment information.
Access information, schedules, preparation instructions, Zoom links, and materials may be provided after registration.
9. Payments
Prices, payment schedules, deposits, and included services will be shown at the time of booking or purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, payment is required to confirm a paid booking. Payments may be processed through third-party providers and may be subject to their terms and privacy practices.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges disclosed during checkout.
Empower Soul Path may correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects a completed purchase, you will be contacted before the service is provided.
10. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, late-arrival, and no-show terms may vary depending on the service, program, event, or product.
The applicable terms will be provided during booking, registration, or checkout and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
If Empower Soul Path cancels or substantially changes an offering, participants will be informed of the available options, which may include rescheduling, account credit, transfer, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Empower Soul Path is not responsible for travel, lodging, childcare, or other expenses incurred in connection with a canceled or rescheduled offering.
11. App and Digital Services
The Empower Soul Path app may include guided check-ins, reflection tools, journaling, educational content, wellness practices, digital resources, or other features.
App content is provided for personal wellness and educational purposes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or emergency support.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
We may update, add, suspend, or remove app features when necessary. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, security concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
If paid subscriptions or recurring services are offered, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be disclosed before purchase.
12. Digital Products and Materials
Digital downloads, recordings, exercises, worksheets, guided practices, app content, and program materials are provided for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use unless written permission states otherwise.
Because digital products may be accessible immediately, they may be nonrefundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law or stated in the applicable refund policy.
You are responsible for confirming that your device and internet connection can access the digital content.
13. Intellectual Property
The Empower Soul Path name, logo, app, website content, written materials, exercises, recordings, guided practices, videos, graphics, downloads, program materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Empower Soul Path and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, upload, record, teach, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
Purchasing or accessing content does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
14. Website and App Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website or app for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Disrupt the operation or security of the website or app
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Copy, scrape, extract, or republish content without permission

Empower Soul Path may modify schedules, locations, facilitators, formats, content, prices, or features when reasonably necessary.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of significant changes affecting an upcoming paid offering.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website, app, content, and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, appropriate for every person, or produce a particular personal, emotional, professional, or wellness outcome.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Empower Soul Path will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website, app, content, or services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Empower Soul Path’s liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability resulting from gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other conduct for which limitation is prohibited by law.
19. Indemnification

Empower Soul Path may suspend or terminate access to a service, program, account, community, website feature, or app feature if you violate these terms, fail to make a required payment, misuse the service, or create a safety or security concern.
Provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution will continue after termination where applicable.
21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction in New Jersey, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
22. Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
