Each 90-minute session begins with guided grounding and breathwork, creating a calm, embodied entry into the creative process. Participants are then invited into intuitive, process-focused art-making, supported by gentle prompts rather than instruction.
The experience concludes with reflection and integration, allowing insights to settle naturally.
