Inner Voice is a reflective, grounding virtual experience designed specifically for teens navigating identity, emotion, and self-expression. The session weaves together guided grounding practices with intuitive, process-based acrylic art-making to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and creative confidence within a calm, supportive group environment.

Each session begins with a brief five-minute orientation outlining what to expect and establishing shared agreements for the space. Participants are then guided through grounding or breath-based practices before transitioning into a creative process that emphasizes presence, curiosity, and self-expression rather than outcome or performance.

The art component of Inner Voice is reflective and symbolic in nature. Prompts may include intention-setting, emotional exploration, or imaginative themes introduced during the live session rather than in advance. This allows teens to meet the process with openness and authenticity. Participation is always invitational, and teens are encouraged to engage in ways that feel safe, supportive, and aligned for them.

No prior art experience is required. This class is beginner-friendly and accessible. The focus is not on artistic skill or producing a polished piece, but on using art as a tool for grounding, reflection, and inner listening.
