By evening, most of us are carrying the whole day somewhere in the body. A clenched jaw after a tense meeting. Shoulders lifted toward the ears. A tight chest, a knot in the stomach. We rarely stop long enough to notice where it settled, let alone what it might be trying to say.

In this gentle, beginner-friendly hour, we will slow down together and listen.

What we will do

  • Arrive and ground with a short settling practice
  • A guided body scan: where are you holding your day?
  • Body symbolism for four common places of tension: jaw, shoulders, chest and stomach
  • A simple breath, touch and journaling practice you can repeat anytime
  • Open sharing and Q&A (cameras optional)

Who it is for

Anyone who feels the day in their body and wants a calmer, kinder way to listen to it. No experience needed. Bring a notebook, a pen and a glass of water.
