Shipping
All physical items are carefully packaged and shipped within 3–7 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected delivery method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Digital products or downloads
- Workshops, classes, or virtual experiences
- Opened or used items
If your physical item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will gladly review the issue and offer a replacement or resolution when applicable.
Cancellations
Orders for physical products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.
Registrations for events, workshops, or programs are non-refundable, as space is limited and intentionally held.
